We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist – cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot which includes helping members with their purchases, ensuring carts are ready and available, assisting members with loading their vehicles, and supporting a great member experience.

You will be constantly on your feet, rain or shine.

• Assist members with their purchases and payment processing according to company policies and procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering member questions and resolving member issues and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and member‑ready parking area and cart/flatbed availability.
• Conduct safety sweeps and report unsafe situations to facility management.
• Offer members alternative product options when needed and notify members of pickup delays, product unavailability, or other changes.
• Coordinate club pick‑up orders, ensuring items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Use cart retrieval equipment and other equipment according to company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, and customers to prioritize tasks and improve processes.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00.*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
