Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Elara Orthodontics and Luna Pediatric Dentistry is a thriving private family-owned orthodontics and pediatric dentistry practice located in Aliana (Richmond/Sugar Land area).

We are currently looking for full‑time ortho dental assistants to add to our team. Previous experience in either pediatric dentistry or orthodontics is highly preferred but lack of experience is not a deal‑breaker if the applicant is passionate about learning. We do require that you possess a valid RDA license.

• Assist the doctor in a variety of recognized Dental Assistant duties both in orthodontic and pediatric field.
• Warmly greet our patients with an outgoing personality.
• Ensure the comfort of our patients before, during and after any procedure.
• Take x-rays, impressions, scans and photographs.
• Record and enter chart notes into the software program.
• Able to accurately take and record our patients' medical history, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Must be available to work 2 Saturdays a month, the weeks you work Saturdays you will have another weekday off.

• Monday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Tuesday: 10:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Wednesday: 10:00 am–6:30 pm.
• Thursday: 9:00 am–6:00 pm.
• Friday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
• Saturday: 9:00 am–3:00 pm (twice a month).

Negotiable base salary based on experience but very competitive offer.
