Join a dynamic, technology-driven dental practice as a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA).
Key Responsibilities Include- Assisting dentists and hygienists during various dental procedures.
- Taking digital radiographs and intra-oral photos accurately.
- Recording patient medical history, vitals, and data.
- Learning and supporting digital workflows like facial scanning, 3D printing, and designing.
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment.
- Providing kind, patient care for children and ensuring patient comfort.
- Supporting team members as needed to foster a collaborative environment.
- Active Texas RDA license and current BLS certification.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Strong commitment to patient care and comfort.
- Interest in digital dentistry and technology; bilingual skills are a plus.
- $750 sign-on bonus after six months.
