Hands-On Project Architect – Commercial & Mixed-Use

We are looking for a Project Architect to join our team and contribute to the technical execution of a wide range of commercial and mixed-use developments.

This role is hands-on. You will be involved in drawing production, detailing, and coordination, while also helping guide the overall quality and consistency of our work.

What You’ll Do:

• Review and contribute to permit and construction drawing sets

• Develop wall sections, details, and critical assemblies

• Ensure code compliance (IBC, ADA, local jurisdictions)

• Identify and resolve coordination issues early

• Work closely with internal team members and external consultants

• Provide technical guidance and support to designers as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical experience in commercial projects

• Solid understanding of construction systems and detailing

• Ability to produce and review drawings at a high level

• Licensed architect preferred, but not required

• Clear communicator with strong judgment and accountability

We operate as a small, fast-moving team. Everyone contributes across design, documentation, and coordination. The expectation is ownership, adaptability, and a commitment to quality.
