The Learning Experience is looking for a passionate Center Director to lead our Bon Air school. We're seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, heart, and strong leadership skills to create a culture where children thrive, teachers grow, and families feel at home.

What You'll Do

* Lead a fun, engaging, and high-performing school culture where Happy Happens Here

* Recruit, coach, and develop an exceptional team of educators

* Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff

* Ensure licensing compliance and maintain a safe, welcoming environment

* Drive enrollment growth through tours, community partnerships, and family engagement

* Oversee daily operations, staffing, payroll, and financial performance

* Support teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating meaningful learning experiences

You're a Great Fit If You:

* Have at least 2 years of childcare center leadership experience

* Understand Texas licensing regulations and center operations

* Hold (or qualify for) Texas Director credentials

* Have a passion for early childhood education and team development

* Bring a bubbly, positive, can-do attitude that inspires others

* Love celebrating successes, building relationships, and creating memorable experiences for families and staff
