The Bridge is a growing, multi-campus, non-denominational church located in the greater Houston, TX area, with campuses in Sugar Land, Richmond, and Fulshear. The church is led by Lead Pastor Kenny Dean, who has been on staff for over 20 years and stepped into the Lead Pastor position five years ago, providing steady leadership and direction for the future of the church.

The Bridge currently sees approximately 1,650 total in weekly attendance across its campuses, with Richmond averaging around 800 - 850 attendees. Each campus offers identical services at 9:30a and 11:00a, with a strong emphasis on relational connection and small group engagement as the primary discipleship strategy.

Within that model, each campus carries its own unique opportunities and challenges. The Richmond campus is currently operating as a mobile campus, meeting in a high school, which requires a high level of flexibility, adaptability, and leadership to create consistent and effective ministry environments. Student ministry is a key part of the church’s mission to “invite everyone to know and follow Jesus.”

The ministry at the Richmond campus currently serves approximately 180 students in its database, with around 65 - 70 attending weekly, and is built around small groups, relational discipleship, and leadership development.
