The Boys- organization is seeking a Part-Time After School Youth Leader to plan, implement, and supervise youth programs in Richmond, Texas. This role involves fostering healthy relationships with club members and providing guidance in various activities including education and arts & crafts.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, experience with youth, and strong communication skills. Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred. This role requires participation in special events and staff training.
