Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Houston is seeking an Assistant Club Director to assist the Club Director in managing daily operations and delivering high-quality youth development programs.
You will support program implementation, data administration, member and family engagement, staff supervision, and front office operations to maintain a safe, inclusive environment for all youth. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with at least 2 years of youth‑based work and CPR/First Aid certification.
