Always Best Care - - - Responsibilities:
Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide assistance with daily living activities, including meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.;
Assist with mobility and transfers as needed;
Hoyer lift assistance may be required for some cases.;
Monitor and observe the clients overall well-being and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor.;
Assist with errands or transportation as needed.;
Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
