We believe in a healthy work-life balance, offering:
Flexible shift options (day, night, weekends, and live-in shifts available) 24/7 support in case of emergencies

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers

Provide companionship and accompany clients to doctor appointments, grocery stores, and pharmacies

Support active and passive mobility exercises as outlined in the care plan

Monitor and report any changes in the client’s condition to the Director of Nursing

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Valid CPR Certification (in-person class) Negative TB Test (within the last 12 months) Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance (with reliable transportation) 1-2 Years of Caregiving or CNA Experience Ability to Maintain Client Confidentiality & Adhere to HIPAA Regulations AHCA Level 2 Background Clearance Negative Drug & Motor Vehicle Background Screenings Physical Capability (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling) Strong Communication Skills (must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently)
