United Surgical Partners International, the country’s largest ASC platform is currently seeking a Surgery Center Administrator for Memorial Hermann Surgery Center. Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Richmond. Our facility is accredited by the Joint Commission. Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Richmond is a facility in which physicians have an ownership or investment interest. This facility has 4 OR’s and 2 PR’s. Our state-of-the-art equipment allows surgeons to perform procedures in the specialty areas of GI, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Pain Management and Podiatry.
Aboutthe Role
The ideal candidate for this role will either have Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) leadership experience or hospital surgical leadership experience with ASC exposure.
Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the surgery center.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Manage staff and coordinate schedules to optimize efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance patient care.
- Collaborate with physicians and staff to improve operational performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in a surgical setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- Familiarity with surgical procedures and patient care protocols.
