Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for a full-time, school-based position in the Katy, TX area for the upcoming school year.

About the Role

As a school-based Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence, helping them fully access their educational environment.

You'll collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success.

Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active Texas OT license (or ability to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification preferred
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services aligned with student IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Support students with fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement classroom strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
