OUTPATIENT OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - PRN
Mobile and ALF in Sugarland and Missouri City
Cambridge Health & Rehabilitation is a post-acute care facility with long-term care, short-term care, and geriatric outpatient services provided. We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to serve our mobile and ALF outpatient needs in Sugarland and Missouri City.
Key Responsibilities- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders, following regulatory and clinical standards under Occupational Therapist supervision.
- Administer various rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and the use of supportive and assistive devices, under Occupational Therapist supervision.
- Assess patient progress and communicate with the supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments in accordance with regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
- Report treatment outcomes' effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

This position is open to COTAs at all experience levels
Mobile and ALF outpatient experience preferred
