Job Overview

Join Smoothie King as a Smoothie King Athlete to help guests meet fitness and nutrition goals. The role involves blending smoothies, engaging guests, preparing ingredients, performing opening/closing duties, and representing the brand’s culture and values.

• Blend delicious tasting smoothies.
• Ensure guests’ purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
• Greets and engages the guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Properly prepare all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties.
• Perform store checklist tasks.
• Show up on time and ready to work.
• Live and promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Make custom-blended smoothies the “Smoothie King Way”.
• Friendly upsell of nutritional supplements and vitamins.
• Provide guests with product information and deliver the best total experience.
• Be energetic, dynamic and excited about health and fitness.

• At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
• Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
• Experience in a fast‑food environment preferred, but not necessary.
• Able to work shifts as early as 6 a.m. and on weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Food service experience preferred but not required.
• Commission sales experience helpful.
• Ability to think outside the box to satisfy guests.
• Genuine care and understanding for people's needs.
• Prior retail sales experience in the nutrition/fitness industry is a PLUS.
• Reliable transportation and phone service.
