**** The Cloud Operations Resilience Engineering (CORE) Technology division is responsible for enabling and evolving Capital One’s foundational cloud infrastructure layer, including observability, connectivity, resilience and availability.

* Basic Qualifications:

* ** Bachelor's Degree**
* ** At least 5 years of experience managing technical programs
*****
* Preferred Qualifications:

****
* ** 5+ years of experience in initiating, executing and running resilience-related projects and programs, including cloud- and data center-based initiatives**
* ** 5+ years of experience in technical design and implementation of complex networking environments, Infrastructure systems, business and core applications,**
* ** 3+ years of experience in designing, running and documenting extensive and complex recovery testing initiatives in production and on-prod environments,, including plan development and validation, evidence collection, and after-action reporting**
* ** 3+ years of experience in building distributed systems & highly available services using cloud computing services / architecture - preferably using AWS**
* ** 3+ years experience delivering large and complex programs - where you own the business or technical vision, collaborate with large cross-functional teams, secure commitments on deliverables, and unblock teams to land business impact**
* ** Experience with enterprise-level resilience planning concepts, including both technical and non-technical (Business Continuity and Incident Response) considerations**
* ** Experience in building systems & solutions within a highly regulated environment**
* ** Bachelor's Degree or higher, or equivalent experience in a related technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, Infrastructure)
