City of Richmond is seeking a Help Desk Technician within the Information Technology Department. You will assist with the deployment, support, and maintenance of the City's computer equipment and software, serving as the first point of contact for internal staff.
The ideal candidate has an Associate's degree or technical degree in information systems or related field, 2–3 years of related experience, and a valid Texas Class C driver's license.
