Position Overview
Tap Healthcare Solutions is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Behavioral Health to join Memorial Hermann Health System in Richmond, Texas
. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to individuals experiencing behavioral health and psychiatric conditions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support positive clinical outcomes.
The Behavioral Health RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while promoting a safe, therapeutic environment. This position offers competitive compensation ranging from approximately $70,000 to $87,000 annually based on experience and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Minimum of one (1) year of Registered Nurse experience
. - Previous Behavioral Health or Psychiatric Nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary behavioral health team.
- Experience in an acute inpatient behavioral health or psychiatric hospital setting.
- Knowledge of crisis intervention, de-escalation techniques, and behavioral health treatment principles.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
