We are seeking a motivated Broker Transaction Coordinator & Researcher to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to not only excel in a hybrid support and research role but also to forge a clear path toward a brokerage position, if desired.

• Pipeline Management:
  Actively manage and organize the deal pipeline, tracking key milestones and deadlines.
• Lead & Client Coordination:
  Handle inbound leads, manage client communications, and professionally field phone calls.
• Transaction Execution:
  Prepare and manage listing agreements and other critical transaction documents.
• Marketing & Outreach:
  Create and distribute compelling email blasts and manage our social media presence to promote listings and the XAG brand.
• Market Analysis & Research:
  Conduct in-depth market analysis, property research, and due diligence to support our brokerage team and inform client strategy.

• An experienced professional with at least two years of experience in commercial real estate, with a strong preference for a background in retail properties.
• A proactive and highly organized individual with a keen eye for detail.
• An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Proficient in real estate software and technology (CRM, marketing platforms, etc.).
• A Texas real estate license is a plus, but not required.
