• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced café environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

• Most shifts are between four and eight hours, but this may vary.
• Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, occasional weekend hours.
• Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.

Tropical Smoothie Café started on a beach in Florida. The calm gulf waters, friends enjoying games in the sand and a need for replenishment from the warm Florida sun. We started by blending fruits and vegetables together to create unique and refreshing smoothies. Mix that up with some delicious food and customers lined up for our tasty creations.
