Position SummaryThe Automotive Retail Salesperson is a dynamic and sales-focused role crucial to our team’s success. This position entails providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone, with the goal of meeting and exceeding customer needs. You will use your energetic demeanor to engage customers, promote our automotive services, and build relationships. You will establish clear time commitments between technicians and customers for service appointments and conduct transaction procedures with accuracy to ensure a seamless customer experience.
This role offers an opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced automotive retail environment while contributing to the growth and success of our business.
Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.90
Responsibilities- Operating as a motivated sales individual.
- Building customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Merchandising, advertising and promotion of products and services.
- Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Desire to succeed in a retail environment.
- 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
- Ability to communicate with and assist customers in sales and handling complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Problem solving skills as it relates to customer complaints.
- Must have a valid automobile driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
