A leading off-price retail company is seeking a Loss Prevention Specialist to ensure a safe shopping environment and mitigate theft. The ideal candidate will provide a visible presence at store entrances and exits, engage with customers, and monitor for safety issues. You must possess strong communication and customer service skills, with a High School diploma required. Experience in retail supervision and an active Security Guard License are preferred.

This position involves standing and moving for extended periods and requires the ability to lift objects over 25 lbs.
