Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink as set by Ulta Beauty for the store;
Provide exceptional service by greeting and engaging guests, personalizing service, answering questions, informing guests about promotions, and recommending products/services;
Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders;
Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience;
Book appointments for and support in-store services and events to deliver sales goals
