2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part‑time Sales Specialists to assist retail shoppers in selecting Meta products.

• Schedule: 20 hours per week – Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm. Additional shifts may be added in November and December.
• Compensation: $20.50 per hour, plus weekly and quarterly contests and spiffs.
• Next‑day pay on demand via Daily Pay.
• Paid training (online or at home).
• Partial mobile data plan reimbursement.
• Time away as part of the contract.

As a Meta Sales Specialist, you will work closely with retail shoppers to recommend Meta products, provide product knowledge, and drive sales. You will also train retail associates on new AI apps and tools, ensuring a technology‑first shopping experience.

• Showcase Meta AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related products; demonstrate how they enhance customers’ fitness, gaming, and entertainment experiences.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and confidently recommending suitable Meta products.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing Meta displays and promotions.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically; submit daily reports using a mobile device.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders to share knowledge and support a positive work environment.
• Work primarily on Friday–Sunday shifts, with availability for additional weekday shifts as required.
• Adopt a technology‑first mindset and train store staff on Meta AI tools and applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Strong engagement, demonstration, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Weekend availability; ability to work up to three weekday shifts as needed.
• Own a smartphone compatible with iPhone

• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and handle up to 20lbs occasionally; accommodations may be provided for disabilities.
