Lead the store's visual merchandising within designated zones, ensuring all signs, fixtures, endcaps, and displays meet company standards and drive sales.;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks in collaboration with the Assistant Store Manager to achieve visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals.;
Assist with freight processes, stock product in designated areas, down stocking, and end cap maintenance to keep zones neat and organized.;
Support inventory control, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience initiatives to promote store profitability.;
Coach and train team members on visual priorities and creating compelling visual moments for guests.
