• Meet with residential homeowners to evaluate plumbing, drain, and sewer concerns
• Perform thorough system assessments and diagnostics
• Present repair and replacement options clearly and professionally
• Educate customers so they can make informed decisions
• Build trust through consultative selling - no high-pressure tactics
• Coordinate with service and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Document all findings and recommendations using Service Titan
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent the McWilliams brand with integrity
