Online Order Filling associate – responsible for locating, preparing, packaging, and dispensing online orders while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction. Manage product substitutions, consult customers, and ensure timely fulfillment for pickup or delivery.

Work in a fast‑paced environment across all departments, shopping for online customers, and filling their orders efficiently. Engage with customers during dispensing, handle multiple tasks especially evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons, and support in‑store shoppers as needed.
