Troubleshoots, repairs, and maintains HVAC, cooking and beverage equipment and refrigerators;
Communicates with Maintenance Services Company and restaurant leadership;
Installs equipment following safety procedures and resolves electrical/mechanical problems;
Performs restaurant interior and exterior maintenance including basic carpentry and plumbing repairs;
Keeps management advised on repair status, schedule, and budget for capital expenditures
