EXPERIENCED TECHNICIAN Small Engine / Golf Cart Technician (Experienced Only)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We are a 30+ year established dealership specializing in golf carts, UTVs, and industrial equipment.

This is NOT an entry-level position.
We are looking for a hands‑on mechanic who can independently diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues. If your experience is limited to basic maintenance or part replacement, this is not the role.

Compensation & Benefits

$20+/hour depending on experience (top performers earn more)

What You’ll Do
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues independently
  • Perform repairs on gas and electric golf carts and UTVs
  • Conduct preventative maintenance services
  • Troubleshoot wiring systems, batteries, solenoids, controllers, and components
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
Requirements (Non‑Negotiable)
  • 2+ years of hands‑on mechanical experience
  • Ability to diagnose issues—not just replace parts
  • Basic electrical troubleshooting experience

    Must own your own tools
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
Preferred Experience
  • Golf carts, UTVs, or small engine equipment
  • Electrical diagnostics and repair
  • Use of diagnostic tools and schematics
Requirements & Expectations
  • Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and be comfortable driving customer units (golf carts, UTVs, etc.) as part of daily responsibilities
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a pre‑employment drug screening and maintain a drug‑free workplace
  • Must be able to work independently and manage workload effectively

Physical Requirements
  • Continuous standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs), and working on equipment daily
  • Work is performed in a non‑climate‑controlled shop environment and will include working in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions throughout the year.
  • This is an in person job
