Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, and grounds maintenance as directed by supervisory staff;
Carry out general carpentry tasks including wallboard repair, counter top/cabinet replacement, finish carpentry, window/glass repair, door/lock repair, and ceramic tile repair;
Complete preventative maintenance including siding, painting, lighting, sprinkler, pool, golf-cart, elevator maintenance;
Maintain the work order system and ensure timely completion to standards and resident satisfaction;
Assist with property emergencies and participate in after-hours on-call maintenance assignments
