Job Summary
Goldfish Swim School Katy is seeking a friendly, organized, and results-driven Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our members and guests. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while actively driving new enrollments through proactive sales outreach and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist parents and students with a warm, professional, and engaging attitude.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and convert leads into enrolled members.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective members to drive consistent growth.
- Process student registrations, payments, and retail transactions accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate birthday and pool parties and related communications.
- Prepare and manage daily lesson schedules for instructors and management.
- Resolve customer questions or concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk, observation, and common areas.
- Clean, sweep, and restock products and paper supplies.
- Update promotional displays and communicate current offers to families.
- Enforce safety rules and assist with first aid when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with English‑ and Spanish‑speaking families across phone, email, and in person.
- Be willing to cross‑train as a Swim Instructor and learn swim curriculum, requiring presence in the pool as needed.
- High school diploma (required).
- 2+ years of customer service and sales experience (outbound sales experience preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales‑oriented mindset.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow‑ups.
- Proactive in completing routine tasks with minimal supervision.
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) strongly preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire).
