Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Payrate: $20.92 - $20.92/hr.
SummaryThe role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The individual will be responsible for handling various tasks such as managing communications, coordinating office activities, and supporting the management team.
Responsibilities- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner.
- Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate person.
- Reply to general information requests.
- Greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Use MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare reports, memos, and documents.
- Sort incoming mail, faxes, and courier deliveries for distribution.
- Prepare and send outgoing faxes, mail, and courier parcels.
- Purchase, receive, and store office supplies and replenish as needed.
- Code and file material.
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
- Make travel, meetings, and other arrangements for staff.
- Coordinate the maintenance of office equipment.
- Secretarial/business school certificate.
- Required years of experience: 0-2.
- Required education: high school diploma or GED.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem‐solving skills.
The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is $20.92 - $20.92/hour. Non‑exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
