SUMMARY
Reporting to the Shift Lead, the incumbent will support in maintaining paperwork related to shipping and receiving of finished goods, packaging materials, ingredients, claims and other processes. They will interact with outside carrier drivers in a positive manner, answer phones, and participate actively in email chains related to product and material movements.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Interact with drivers to provide directions for dropping and picking up trailers, provide paperwork and seal.
- Print load sheets by entering information into the SAP program and make the correct number of copies.
- Coordinate with the corporate team, check for updates, make corrections, print and post shipping schedule appointments.
- Use SAP to verify load sheet accuracy, print and file Bills.
- Understand Yard View preforms input functions and perform audits; communicate information to Lead and Manager.
- Accurately file paperwork by carrier and date to support quality and food safety traceability.
- Update and post Receiving schedule through contact with carriers and corporate coordinators.
- Track inbound and outbound loads via Transplace, ensuring trailer scheduling.
- Prepare and ship samples to corporate QA and customer requests.
- Support the shift lead with other clerical responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by leader or manager.
Location:
Richmond, Utah facility.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday 6:00am to 2:00pm, with occasional weekend work as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous clerical experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; excellent verbal and written communication required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint required.
- Experience with SAP, Uber Freight, Yard View, ODFL, Chep, Excel, Work, and Teams preferred.
Pay: $24.50 per hour, plus potential additional compensation based on location, experience, and qualifications.
