We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to help expand our reporting capabilities, build data models and dashboards, and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions across the organization.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior BI Analyst and Director of Data Analysis to support cross-functional teams with accurate, accessible, and timely data. Requirements

• Assist in building and maintaining the enterprise data warehouse, including data modeling, ETL support, and source integration
• Develop and maintain operational and financial reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analyses in Power BI
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Stay informed about Casper’s operational workflows, KPIs, and business processes to improve report usability and relevance
• Support data cleansing, mapping, and transformation in coordination with the Senior BI Analyst
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and systems
• Monitor scheduled data refreshes and troubleshoot errors or discrepancies in report outputs
• Participate in testing and deployment of new data models, reports, and BI enhancements
• Document data sources, report logic, and processes to promote knowledge sharing and continuity
• Learn and apply best practices in data visualization, modeling, and database architecture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Systems, Business Analytics, Finance, Computer Science)
• 2+ years of experience in a data or reporting role
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Prior internship or project experience with databases, reporting, or data analysis is a plus
