General Summary
Cleaning and disassembling equipment for cleaning and re-assembly, may include general sanitation of plant work areas, production tools and mixing equipment in Steam Room. Day shift, Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 pm to 7 am.
Primary Responsibilities- Disassemble equipment for cleaning and re-assembly.
- Sanitize plant work areas and wash tools and equipment from food production lines in the Steam Rooms.
- Clean equipment during shift changeovers.
- Perform general janitorial tasks such as mopping, sweeping, filling soap and paper towel dispensers, and operating auto floor scrubbers throughout the facility.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, chemical dilution and mixing procedures, and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Follow lockout/tag‑out procedures and complete all required training within 3 months of hire.
- Comply with all safety and quality GMP guidelines.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Preferred Education & ExperienceExperience with cleaning or sanitation tasks.
OtherMinimum Requirements
Ability to grip and manipulate pressure‑cleaning hoses, maneuver equipment to the cleaning room, and stand/walk during each four‑hour shift.
Compensation & BenefitsStarting hourly rate of $22.65. Additional compensation may be included. Health, dental, 401(k), and wellness benefits begin on the first day of employment.
