Cookie Flex Operator, 2nd shift

General Summary

Entry level production worker duties.

• Manual handling of product
• Visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
• Perform housekeeping
• Adhere to acceptable safety practices
• Follow supervisory instructions
• Scheduled on different lines as needed
• Other duties as assigned
• Cupping and packaging duties in a conveyor belt setting involving repetitive motion of hand, arm and shoulders, standing all shift
• Drop and separate paper cups and fill each with the correct number of cookies using both hands while rotating sides of the belt
• Regular or routine lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional lifting up to 50 pounds

Shift schedule: 2:50 a.m. to 11 p.m., with most Sundays required.

Applicants must be able to speak, read, and understand English to safely and effectively perform the essential functions.

High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Preferred to have production line manufacturing experience or food service and food handling experience.

The starting rate for this full‑time, hourly position is $22.65. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job‑related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation.
