Production Operator I

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor grain milling and packaging equipment safely
• Load, unload, and move grain and finished product using basic material handling tools
• Perform routine equipment checks and cleaning to maintain quality and uptime
• Follow production schedules, batch instructions, and quality control procedures
• Record production data and report equipment or quality issues promptly
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and PPE requirements in the plant
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks under supervisor direction
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
