Production Shift Supervisor - Grave Shift, Mon Thurs

This role is ideal for a hands on leader who thrives in a fast paced environment and knows how to balance safety, quality, and production. You will guide Line Leads and production team members to meet daily goals while building a strong, accountable, and engaged team.

• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

• $24.50/hr. starting pay + $2 grave differential = $26.50/hr. to start

• Lead and support production employees throughout the shift, including staffing, scheduling, training, cleanliness, and documentation
• Coach and develop Line Leads to drive safety, quality, and productivity
• Ensure HACCP, SSOP, cGMP, and related documentation is accurate and audit ready
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing safety and skills training
• Promote a culture of safety and organization using 5S principles
• Apply Lean methods to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Conduct performance reviews and provide consistent coaching and feedback
• Communicate expectations clearly and uphold company policies
• Support continuous improvement efforts and participate in management development

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in manufacturing or food production
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Experience resolving employee concerns and supporting skill development
• Working knowledge of GMP, SQF, HACCP, and Food Defense standards
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Solid math skills and attention to inventory accuracy
• Ability to become certified to operate powered hand trucks and Class I forklifts

• Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the shift
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 55 pounds
• Exposure to ingredient dust, including peanut and tree nut allergens
• Work around moving machinery in a high noise production setting
