• Help with production, frying, decorating, packaging, and maintenance of all donuts in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
• Assist in displaying and restocking donut products, ensuring shelves and cases are filled, fresh, rotated, faced, and cleaned.
• Maintain accurate food inventories.
• Attend in‑person training and use digital training platforms to maintain certification.
• Process orders through digital and in‑person platforms.
• Other responsibilities as needed.
• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Provide knowledgeable answers to guest inquiries.
• Promote and exemplify high morale within the department and store, using honest and open communication.
• Accurately take and process guest orders.
• Demonstrate problem‑solving skills and act in accordance with “Lee’s Way.”
• Help customers with Lee’s Marketplace website.
• Stock shelves and maintain displays according to store standards.
• Ensure product freshness and timely handling of special orders.
• Package and label products using a computer program.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety, follow sanitation procedures, report hazards, and comply with food safety regulations.
• If applicable, operate cash registers, handle transactions, and follow return/exchange policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals, attend meetings, and support other departments.
• Promote a harassment‑free environment and report any issues promptly.

• Age 18+
• Food Handler's Permit required (can be obtained after hire)
• Availability 1:00am-9:00am, weekends and holidays; ability to work nights and early mornings.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, sit, bend for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity for handling small objects and operating equipment.
• Basic math skills for handling cash.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Ability to operate commercial mixers, fryers, ovens, and related equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in retail or guest service (preferred).
• Previous specialty cheese experience (preferred).
• Drive.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation:

• Competitive hourly wage/salary.
