SENIOR ACCOUNTANT / ERP KEY USER

DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to support its client, a well‑renowned packaging distribution company, in the recruitment of a Senior Accountant / ERP Key User. As part of the Group's development, the successful candidate will initially play a key role in coordinating the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 in Belgium, in close collaboration with local teams and the Group Finance Manager.

This role will involve regular monthly travel to Belgium. Following this initial phase, the position will evolve, and the candidate will become the Group reference for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across other subsidiaries.

• Acting as the key finance user for the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics 365, initially for Belgium, then Luxembourg, and potentially other group entities
• Booking accounts payable invoices, bank transactions, preparation of customer invoices and follow‑up of payments
• Managing monthly and quarterly accounting closings
• Participating in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports
• Preparing annual accounts
• Preparing various tax returns and related annexes (VAT, Corporate Income Tax, etc.)

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Graduate Diploma in Accounting)
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting in a similar role, ideally within a commercial or industrial company
• Solid command of MS Office tools and Microsoft Dynamics 365, with experience in ERP implementation and management; knowledge of other accounting software is considered an advantage
• Fluent in English; knowledge of French, Dutch and/or German is a strong asset
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills; proactive, rigorous, dynamic and able to work autonomously
• Good knowledge of Luxembourgish and Belgian GAAP
• Knowledge of Luxembourgish and Belgian taxation and VAT is an asset
• Willingness and ability to travel to group companies to support ERP implementation and migration projects
