Bookkeeper - Accts Rec

Overview

Records payments to customer's accounts and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties.

• Monthly Bank Reconciliation Corporate
• Deposit Daily Cash & Apply to A/R
• Assist with Preparing Property Tax Returns
• Reconcile Branch Daily Cash Boxes
• Maintain Files;
  Ship tickets, Property returns, Business licenses, Bank reconciliation, DMV, State taxes, Sales tax exemption forms.
• Follows ethical standards and complies with all government regulations.

• Proficient in Solar computer systems, the Internet, strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, basic keyboarding and the ability to learn and apply new program applications.
• Ability to work independently and with a team, ability to multi-task
• Ability to communicate effectively through verbal and written methods

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. The Associate may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
