Tax Associate

Ready to hit the ground running? We’re looking for Tax Accountants who can step in and independently manage tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations from day one. This is a hands‑on, project‑driven role for someone who knows the work, owns their process, and takes pride in delivering accurate, timely results.

You won’t be waiting for assignments—you’ll take ownership of your clients, your deadlines, and your outcomes, while still having the support of a collaborative team.

• Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for LLCs and S Corporations with minimal oversight
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are accurate
• Handle K-1s, multi‑state filings, and related tax reporting requirements
• Perform account reconciliations and tie‑outs to ensure clean, reliable financials
• Identify tax‑saving opportunities and flag issues proactively
• Communicate directly with internal teams (and clients, if applicable) to resolve questions quickly

• Jump into active engagements and keep projects moving without hand‑holding
• Bring structure and efficiency to tax prep and review processes
• Support more complex work (multi‑entity structures, M&A, or estate considerations) as opportunities arise
• Continuously improve workflows using tools like Quick Books, Xero, and Sage
