Senior Accountant, reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounting and Finance.

• Record capital assets and verify expenditures in accordance with GAAP, Federal Reserve policies, and best practices.
• Develop, maintain, and reconcile accounting and fixed asset ledgers.
• Prepare, review, and analyze complex accounting records, financial statements, and large‑scale financial activities.
• Interpret contract language to determine appropriate accounting treatment of transactions per GAAP and FRB guidelines.
• Analyze business operations, trends, and commitments to project future outcomes.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and irregularities, implementing solutions as appropriate.
• Clarify, implement, and document procedures (e.g., labor capitalization, cloud‑transition costs, software accounting).
• Provide guidance and direction to team members, partners, and customers on accounting issues.
• Lead project assignments requiring planning, research, and analysis.
• Investigate a broad spectrum of accounting issues, providing explanations of financial performance and complex reports, and coordinate quarterly and/or annual reporting efforts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5–9+ years of relevant work experience with GAAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• CPA preferred.
• Strong organizational and detail‑oriented skills with high data accuracy and integrity.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving ability appropriate for moderate complexity issues.
• Experience with IT accounting, software development, and technology project considerations.

Competitive total compensation in the range $80,400‑$110,550 annually.
