Sheehy Auto Stores seeks a Tag & Title Clerk with previous automotive experience to join our successful team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of relevant experience, the ability to multitask, be attentive to detail, be well organized, and be a team player. We are looking for someone customer-focused to help us redefine the car-buying experience.

- Prepare used vehicle trade jackets
- Follow up on titles in transit
- Communicate with banks and customers to obtain lien releases and trade titles
- Process wholesale and auction title documentation
- Assist with out-of-state DMV
- Maintain and organize accounting records and documents
- Assists with Deal Posting
- Handle cash receipts and deposits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
- Perform general administrative duties as needed
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an Accounting Assistant
- Deal posting experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or higher
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask, and function in a fast-paced environment
- Basic accounting functions such as invoices, bookkeeping, reconciling statements, etc.
- Basic vehicle warranty registration, cancellations, and follow-up.
- Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening, Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug test
