Korn Ferry has been exclusively retained to lead the search for a Vice President of Accounting on behalf of a privately held, family-owned manufacturing organization and recognized leader within a highly engineered industrial product sector.
Over the last five years, our client has experienced exceptional growth, expanding from $100 million to more than $500 million in revenue through organic growth. With manufacturing operations spanning multiple states and continued investment in facilities, systems, and infrastructure, the organization is entering its next phase of scale and operational sophistication.
This opportunity offers a unique combination of operational complexity, executive visibility, and long-term career potential. As a key member of the finance leadership team, this individual will partner closely with the CFO, COO, and executive leadership while helping shape the future direction of the organization. For the right leader, there is a clear path toward broader executive leadership responsibilities over time.
