• Assist with processing payroll for a multi-state workforce
• Help maintain payroll records and employee information
• Support payroll tax, deductions, garnishments, and benefits administration
• Respond to employee payroll questions and provide excellent customer service
• Assist with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits
• Partner with HR and Accounting to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
• Jump in on special projects and process improvement initiatives

• Payroll, accounting, HR, or administrative experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and payroll systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Someone who enjoys learning, asks questions, and wants to continue growing professionally
