As an Accounts Payable Specialist you will play a vital role in keeping our business running smoothly. In this fast‑paced position, you'll collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders, solve payment and invoice challenges, leverage technology to improve processes, and make a direct impact on financial operations. It’s an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional who enjoys problem‑solving, teamwork, and continuous growth.
Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Richmond, VA.
- High volume invoice processing on an accurate and timely basis.
- Handle three‑way match, coding, review and reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Research and resolve PO/invoice discrepancies.
- Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
- Identify ideas for process improvement.
- High School diploma and 3+ years' experience (preferred) with proficiency in an automated AP environment.
- Experience working in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience working with multiple ERP systems (3 or more).
- Associate’s in Accounting (preferred).
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred).
