Full Time Clerical Corporate, Richmond, VA, US

Salary Range: $20.00 To $22.00 Annually

We are Haley Automotive Group of Central Virginia and Virginia’s oldest automotive group. We have 11 stores located in Richmond, Roanoke and Farmville. Brands we work with are Toyota, Volvo, Chevy, Buick, GMC, Ford and Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with numbers, has an eye for detail, is a team player and dependable.

Haley Automotive Group is seeking experienced non-management corporate staff in the following categories:

Accounting Clerks: Manages billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciles schedules.

Title/DMV Clerks: Processes vehicle titles and registration paperwork.

Deal Processors: Processes sales contracts, title work (retail, lease, trade), taxes, payoffs, verifies documents, and supports sales team with paperwork.

Qualifications:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is preferred.
• 2 years Automotive Accounting experience required.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Solid computer skills (Accounting software & Microsoft Excel).
  Dealer track DMS a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
