Our client is a growing, professionally managed organization seeking an experienced Controller to lead its accounting function and support strategic, executive decision-making. The Controller will oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, month-end close activities, internal controls, budgeting support, and compliance functions. The Controller will partner closely with senior leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide meaningful strategic business insights.

• Lead all accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and fixed assets
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
• Coordinate annual audits and tax reporting activities
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives
• Mentor and develop accounting staff
• Partner with department leaders to improve reporting and business performance

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
• Experience managing month-end close and financial statement preparation

• CPA certification
• Public accounting experience
• Experience with ERP systems such as Net Suite, SAP, Oracle, or Dynamics
• Multi-entity accounting experience
