M&A Analyst - Energy, Power & Infrastructure

• Join the Energy, Power & Infrastructure team as an M&A Analyst
• High level of exposure to clients and senior bankers
• Represent the firm throughout the entire client engagement
• Participate in diverse projects expanding professional experience
• Engage in recruiting initiatives, mentorship programming, and efforts to generate new client engagements
• Attend a robust training program for new analysts and associates

• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Eligible candidates should be working towards or already possess a Bachelor's degree from a four-year institution
• Maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher as a prerequisite
• Understanding of Excel, including formulas, data validation, macros, tables, conditional formatting
• Working understanding of accounting principles including income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet connection
• Problem-solving skills, able to identify trends in data and articulate impact of patterns

Demonstrates strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of accounting principles and advanced Excel skills, while effectively engaging with clients and contributing to team initiatives.
