This role offers significant client interaction and advisory exposure beyond pure compliance work.

• Up to 4.5 weeks of vacation in your first year
• Busy season capped at 55 hours per week. That's TOTAL hours, not just billable.

• Mentor and develop junior staff
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to firm growth

• 5+ years of relevant tax experience
• 2+ years of reviewing tax returns
• CPA, EA or CPA eligible
